- Provide Career Transition Services for members.
- Offer English as an Additional Language classes in Winnipeg, Brandon and Neepawa.
- Offer one-on-one literacy tutoring.
- Train over 550 shop stewards and health and safety members annually.
- Award over $30,000 in scholarships each year.
- Partner with Winnipeg Technical College and Assiniboine Community College to offer Adult High School Credit programs.
- Design our courses based on the interests and needs of our members.
