In addition, for the first time the supervisors will be covered by the MFCW Dental Plan, be entitled to paid sick days, a paid floater holiday, family responsibility leave with pay (1 day), and  paid bereavement leave.  In addition, their Prescription Drug/Optical Benefit will increase by $100.00 beginning in 2011, and they will now have access to services/ courses/ scholarships offered by the UFCW Training Centre, as the employer has agreed to pay into the Education Training and Trust Fund.  The collective agreement also includes a no contracting out clause, paid rest periods, and protection of full time positions.
