Avis & Budget Rent-A-Car members ratify new deal
Members vote in favour of new deal.
The members at Avis and Budget Rent-A-Car voted 100% in favour of a new two year deal.
The negotiating committee was successful in removing the two-tier wage structure and have everyone merged into one. Those who are moving up the wage scale will see a 10 to 17 per cent wage increase over the two years, and those who are at top rate or overscale will see a three per cent wage increase this year and a 2.5 per cent wage increase next year.
Members will received retro active pay to May 1 of this year.
