Agreement reached for Avis/Budgetcar members
Ratification vote set.
A tentative agreement has been reached with your employer on the renewal of your collective agreement. All outstanding issues were resolved during negotiations that took place between the parties on July 8, 2010. The new agreement provides for reasonable improvements to existing wages, benefits and contract language.
RATIFICATION VOTE
The following ratification vote has been scheduled for you to vote on this agreement.
The date, time and location of the ratification vote will be as follows:

Place: Winnipeg Union Office, Main Boardroom, 1412 Portage Ave
Note: If you are scheduled to work during this time, please see your Manager to make arrangements to attend. Your employer has committed that all members will be able to attend at this time.
At the meeting a summary of negotiations and all the details of the settlement which is being unanimously recommended by the negotiating committee, will be reviewed with you.
