Rob Hilliard works full-time as Local 832′s Workers Compensation Advocate to assist members whenever they run into problems collecting benefits or encounter other issues involving the Workers Compensation Board.

Rob also assists the union representatives on health and safety issues arising from workplaces.

He has held many senior positions with labour organizations in Manitoba, including several terms as president of the Manitoba Federation of Labour. He joined UFCW Local 832 in February 2006.
