Heather Dezan joined the UFCW in the fall of 2009. She has a background in human resources and organizational behavior. She has a bachelor of business administration from Bishop’s University with concentrations in human resources and marketing.

In addition, she holds a master of science in organizational behavior from Queen’s University where she studied leadership in organizations and has received her Canadian human resources professional designation.
