Full Time Negotiators

Local 832 has three full-time negotiators ( Susan Hart-Kulbaba, Heather Dezan & Michelle Masserey) who concentrate all their efforts on obtaining the best possible collective agreements for members.

A top priority of UFCW Local 832 is to negotiate the best possible collective bargaining agreements for our 15,000 members. We currently have more than 125 different contracts in force with employers in a wide variety of industries.

By working at negotiations full-time, they also become very good at obtaining the best possible union contracts for our members. In all cases, the staff negotiator works closely with a committee of workers from the workplace to ensure their input throughout the negotiations process.

Throughout negotiations, all members are kept up to date on what progress is being made, and what roadblocks are being encountered.
